Returns & First Set Support:

We understand that ordering lingerie online can take a bit of trial & error - so we've created a simple, supportive returns system to help you find your perfect fit with confidence.

First Set Support

(First Time Customers Only)

Your first set with Private Affair includes First Set Support - because finding your fit should be easy, not stressful.

If your first set doesn't fit quite right:

  • You'll receive a store credit to exchange for a different size (bra component only, bottoms are final sale due to hygiene reasons).
  • You'll also receive a $15 Fit Support Credit as a thank-you for trying your first set with us (usable on any item).

 

General Returns

If your bra (purchased as a separate or part of a set) doesn’t fit or you’ve had a change of mind, we offer returns provided the item is unworn and the return is logged within 10 days of delivery (Australia) or 14 days (International).

Please note:

  • Bottoms cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with Australian Health Standards.
  • Bras purchased separately can be returned for a full refund if unworn and in original condition.
  • Bras purchased as part of a set will receive a $75 store credit - store credit applies to the value if the bra only. Bottoms are final sale unless faulty, in line with hygiene standards. This includes sets purchased under First Set Support. (note: exception applies if your size is unavailable to purchase - please email  concierge@privateaffair.com.au).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, marked with makeup, perfume etc. or have missing tags cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months. Credit applies to product value only.
  • First Set Fit Support Credit is valid for 1 year.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we're happy to help with a refund or replacement.

  • Items must be returned in line with our Care Guide.
  • Bottoms can only be returned if deemed faulty.
  • Please email concierge@privateaffair.com.au before sending any faulty items so our team can assist you properly.

 

 

Return Instructions:

  1. Go to My Account → Orders → Initiate Return.
  2. Our customer care team will then email you to confirm the return or a size you'd like to repurchase and provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Please include only the bra in the return package; we will not be responsible for returning the bottoms to you if they are included in the package.
  4. If the item meets the returns criteria upon inspection, you will be notified and the return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return on all returned items. Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees may be incurred during the return/delivery process and are the responsibility of the customer.
