Care Guide

1. Cold Hand Wash Only: Your Private Affair pieces are delicate, so a cold delicate machine wash in a wash bag is advised. To help them last as long as possible, we recommend you hand wash them gently in the sink using a mild soap. Do not tumble dry or dry-clean.

 2.     Do Not Soak: Do not rub, soak or wring.

 3.     Do Not Bleach: Please avoid using bleach on our garments as it will damage the lace and cause discolouration.

 4.     Wash with Like Colours: When washing your items, always wash similar colours together. Dark or coloured items can transfer onto lighter coloured garments if not washed separately.

 5.     Do Not Tumble Dry: Our pieces are much too delicate for the dryer!

 6.     Dry Flat in Shade: Since our garments aren’t suitable for the dryer, they need to dry flat and under shade. We recommend laying a towel flat and placing your garments on top. Hanging it could stretch the elastic and lead to damage.

 7.     A Tip!

• Always do up clasps before washing to stop the clasps from catching on other parts of the garment.
• Store your lingerie in a garment bag to save lace from getting caught and pulled.
